Investors in people<\/h2>\n

Investors in People is the UK\u2019s leading people management standard. It specializes in transforming business performance through people. In 2013, we were awarded the Investor in People standard.\u00a0The standard is awarded to organizations who can demonstrate the clear linkage between business, team and individual objectives and the ability to lead and manage the engagement and development of people towards meeting and exceeding these goals.<\/p>\n

Being an Investors in People company is an inspiring achievement for us but we don\u2019t want it to stop there. We\u2019re committed to retaining the award and to achieving a higher level of accreditation in the future. And we\u2019ll do this by continually improving in the way we lead, manage and develop each employee.<\/p>\n

Having Investors in People is one of the milestones on our journey to employee excellence. We will continue to invest in employee-led learning and development, our professional academies, our management and leadership programmes and in the continuous review and measurement of our performance.<\/p>\n
