Under the Fiduciary Law (L.196(I)\/2012), PANGLOBE\u00a0fulfilled all obligatory regulatory requirements and obtained its license from CySEC for the provision of administration\u00a0services to its clients.<\/p>\n

In order to remain compliant, PANGLOBE\u00a0must maintain strict Know-Your-Client (KYC) procedures for all clients.\u00a0 This essentially means keeping up to date information and documentation pertaining to those clients which includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n

  1. Certified copy of passport.\u00a0 The certification should be no older than three months.<\/li>\n
  2. Certified copy of proof of residential address.\u00a0 The proof of residential address should be no older than three months.<\/li>\n
  3. A full Curriculum Vitae (CV).<\/li>\n
  4. Reference Letter from a reputable law firm, accounting firm or bank.<\/li>\n
  5. Ownership \/ group structure leading to the ultimate beneficial owner(s) (diagrammatical or otherwise).<\/li>\n
  6. Detailed activities of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Certification must be provided by either a Notary Public, Certifying Officer or regulated professional such as a lawyer, accountant or auditor and must include the date of certification.<\/p>\n

    *It should also be noted that PANGLOBE\u00a0may at its own discretion request additional information and\/or documentation otherwise not noted above<\/p>\n
